Nicole Judah

Nicole joined Olephant Solicitors in July 2010 and is an 8 year qualified solicitor. Nicole has experience of a wide range of employment law matters, contentious and non-contentious. She advises both businesses and individuals and works with clients from a range of industries. She has particular experience in advising on and drafting settlement agreements, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, consultancy agreements and workplace policies, managing claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination, and advising HR departments on various day-to-day issues.

In addition, Nicole has experience of advising clients on a range of commercial law matters, from breach of contract and property disputes to company sales / restructures to pension scheme queries. This experience, coupled with her employment law experience, means she can provide clients with comprehensive advice spanning a number of different legal areas.
