Will Castledine

Will has a broad commercial disputes practice, with a focus on corporate and shareholder disputes, and has particular experience in obtaining (and policing) freezing orders and dealing with complex enforcement proceedings.

Will is instructed on matters in the High Court and the County Court, and has appellate experience in both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.  He also recognises the role that alternative dispute resolution can play in achieving clients’ objectives and has advised on a number of mediations that have resulted in the parties reaching an agreed resolution.

Qualifications: Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (2013), Legal Practice Course (2004), BA Law and Criminology (2003)
